An IDF veteran and expert K9 trainer, Shay Maimoni has dedicated his life to training service animals for military, law enforcement, and civilians with disabilities. After witnessing firsthand how dogs can transform lives, Shay founded Pawz4Heroes to ensure that every veteran and trauma survivor in need gets a second chance—through a trusted service companion.
Dr. Erica Vargas is a licensed chiropractor passionate about helping individuals improve their quality of life. She also manages a canine behavior consulting company. Deeply grateful for those who serve, she is dedicated to supporting veterans through service animals, using her expertise in health, rehabilitation, and canine behavior to advance Pawz4Heroes’ mission of empowering those in need with life-changing canine companions.
Issac is an Israeli - American IDF veteran and a commercial pilot who believes in the power of service animals to restore dignity and independence to trauma survivors.
