These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Pawz4Heroes website. “Pawz4Heroes,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Pawz4Heroes Inc.

The website provides general information about Pawz4Heroes, service-dog support, canine-assisted programs, community education, ways to donate or volunteer, and an initial pre-screening pathway.

Submitting an inquiry or pre-screening form does not create an application approval, service agreement, fiduciary relationship, professional-client relationship, or promise of assistance.

3. No guarantee of eligibility or placement

Pre-screening, communications, and referrals do not guarantee eligibility, acceptance, funding, a service dog, training, placement, or a particular outcome. Decisions may depend on program criteria, capacity, dog availability, funding, location, safety, timing, professional assessments, and the applicant’s individual circumstances.

Pawz4Heroes may change, pause, or discontinue a program, eligibility requirement, application pathway, or service offering at any time, subject to applicable law and existing commitments.

4. Not emergency, medical, or legal advice

The website and its content are not medical, psychological, veterinary, legal, financial, or emergency advice. Service animals and canine-assisted support are not substitutes for emergency services or individualized care from a qualified professional.

Do not use this website to report an immediate danger or urgent medical or mental-health need. Contact local emergency services or a qualified professional instead.

5. Information you submit

You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and to update it when material facts change. Do not submit government identification numbers, complete medical records, medication lists, discharge documents, detailed trauma histories, or other unnecessary sensitive information through an initial pre-screening form.

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, information sent through the website should not be treated as confidential or as creating an obligation for Pawz4Heroes to respond. Our Privacy Policy describes intended information practices, but it must be read together with the actual forms and services in use.

6. Stories, photos, interviews, and user content

You may submit a story, photograph, video, interview, testimonial, or other material only if you own it or have permission to share it. Do not submit another person’s sensitive information without appropriate authorization.

Any permission for Pawz4Heroes to publish or use submitted material should be documented in a separate release describing the permitted media, purposes, territory, duration, editing, and withdrawal process. Donations may be processed by a third-party platform such as Zeffy. The platform’s checkout terms, privacy policy, payment rules, receipts, and refund procedures may apply. Pawz4Heroes does not intend to store full payment-card information on this website. Counsel should confirm the final tax-receipt and donation language.

The website may link to or embed Google Forms, donation services, supporter websites, social-media services, video hosts, or other third-party services. Those services are controlled by their own operators, terms, and privacy policies.

9. Prohibited use

You may not use the website to break the law, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, interfere with the website or its security, harvest personal information, upload malware, infringe rights, harass people, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
